Choose your lenses and upgrades, upload your prescription, and send us your frames. We’ll custom-fit new lenses into them and ship your frames back ready to wear.

You have two options:

  • Wait for our box — we’ll mail you a prepaid shipping kit to safely send in your frames.
  • Use your own box — we’ll email you a prepaid shipping label you can print and attach.

If youupload your prescription online, we’ll have your lenses ready to go by the time we receive your frames. This means faster turnaround.

If we need toread your lenses first(no prescription uploaded), your order may take a little longer.

Most orders are completed within7–10 business daysonce we have your prescription and frames.

For prescription lenses, yes — but don’t worry, we make it easy.
You can upload your prescription, enter it manually, send it later,or we can copy it from your current glasses.For non-prescription, readers, or sunglasses, no prescription is needed.

Yes — all lenses include a3-month scratch and coating warranty. You can upgrade to ourLens Protection Planto extend coverage to 12 months.

LensLab orders may be eligible for out-of-network reimbursement with most vision insurance plans. We’ll provide an itemized receipt you can submit to your provider.

We handle your frames with care. If damage occurs during shipping or while in our lab, we’ll work with you to make it right

Yes — we offer high-index lenses (1.67 and 1.74) that are thinner, lighter, and designed for stronger prescriptions.

Yes — you can add Blue Light Filtering or Transitions® light-adaptive lenses during checkout.

We want you to love your lenses. If there’s any issue with your order, reach out within 30 days, and we’ll work with you to resolve it.
